What makes Stripe & Stare products so soft?
Our products are made from TENCEL™ Modal, a fiber extracted from beechwood trees that is scientifically proven to be twice as soft as cotton and much more breathable.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK, while international orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. For hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if they are unopened and still in their original, sealed packaging.
Are your products sustainably made?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. Our TENCEL™ fibers are CO2 neutral, and our production process uses 95% less water than traditional cotton manufacturing.
How should I care for my Stripe & Stare items?
To keep your items in perfect condition, we recommend a cool machine wash at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying and iron on a low heat if necessary.
